i see your point but people that express thenselves that way they are just using their freedom to be who they want to be, i think it's about respect. I am gay, no crazy for designer brads, no a drag queen either ... but i love them. You have not just see them, if you actually talk to them you will see that they have something to say

I think that the USA is behind the time we are living, specially if you think that it's in the group of the 8 most "developed" countries in the world. In europe the laws are more advanced and gay couples and heterosexuals have the same rights, also in Canada. I hope the new president of the USA do something about it!!
