There is no question that for the first 50+ years of its existence, Cadillac (and its LaSalle stablemate for a while) embodied the finest automobile — and customer experience — available in America. For most of the last 30 years, Cadillac and GM management depleted the goodwill and brand equity their predecessors worked so hard to achieve by producing ever inferior products and dismal customer experience especially at the dealer level. I’ve owned some American cars, but mostly Japanese and European. No comparison in either product quality or dealer/factory customer experience. Not to mention that the brand image of Cadillac has been transformed from my grandfather’s mobile living room to a “gangsta’s” chariot. Just the image I want for myself… Envision a world without Cadillac? Easily. I would never own one and wouldn’t feel the slightest bit deprived if the brand disappeared forevermore ~

Yes i agree. No doubt that Cadillac has brought great deals with their reliable cars. As we can see, a lot of consumer still prefer purchasing cadillac. I just wonder if they got plans on producing hydrogen or electric cars {Addco Parts} as well.
