Pharmaceutical Companies and Political motivations

I cant help wonder about reports I hear of political campaigns being funded by pharmaceutical companies in this "buddy buddy back scratch" world .   One that comes to the fore is the controversy about gardosil . To give a bit of insight this is a drug/vaccine for Cervical Cancer so it is being promoted but I have read that it only MAY control 4 of the 127 different contributors to this condition ! all can be covered by the use of condoms !  Now there is word that it will and already has been made mandatory for school girls to get this 3 shot $600 -$1000 vaccine to be a part of their immunisation regime ! this seems like a lot of money when considering the number of girls world wide who will receive it approx 3 000 000 in Australia alone    Now this company has been noted for backing political campaigns in USA mmm well It makes me wonder of motivations considering what is at stake $$$$ wise    Also hearing of some adverse effects that has been suffered by many of the girls that have  had these shots and to realise this treatment has only been available world wide for just over a year It really makes you wonder if people have been compromised for political motivations and the    $$$$$$Read More

Hello there I feel that in the past there were maybe more craftsman so to speak on the musician side as well as the studio guys, There were maybe not as many processing units ie harmonisers ,pitch controllers, ect ect so the recording was reasonably raw so to speak without the aid of computerisation ! maybe a reflection of tallent as opposed to fabrication and marketability of a face or soap star actor . it would seem that the industry to me has been taken over my marketing not so much of tallent but who can look good or be recognised on an album cover and sell prefabricated factory produced music . Be honest there are no where near as many people who are maybe socially recognised as not all that good looking /overweight ect used to promote an album as were in the past ! is this a sign of our junk jewelry society ? the era of click tracks and lip sinking is thriving due to the preasures of marketers wanting to keep face and maybe creativity and real live music is maybe a thing of the past as all ya need to be is a good computer programmer now

We know what good music is by our own opinon depending on what music you like. Everybody has there own opinion. Most good music i think comes from the heart and is emotion. Emotion into peoples music makes a good piece from a bad piece of music, I myself asked this question on this site. I have been playing muic and writting for a few years now and i only can come up with a piece of good music when i am in the mood or in a motional state. Most good music is writtin about something or someone or how we feel inside. I can only write good music when i am feeling what i am playing or writting .. :):) best wishes to all
