The emissions in current oil production of products release huge amounts of everything! Just as other burning products have been anaylized for every component, why has CO emissions been ingnored and or not spoken about.
These two different compounds are called Carbon DIoxide, which is what we exhale, and Carbon MONoxixe, which is deadly to the WHOLE environment.
This would speed along the idea of change for a better environmennt.

I would suggest that CO emissions have been neglected in air pollution conversations for the same reason that a national mass transit system has been neglected (or ignored).
The corporations that profit the most from one person, one car have incredible influence. Not only is their influence great in Congress but also in deciding which university research projects get funded. Now that the media in the United States has become a monopolized commodity for advertising, how easy it is for an influential, rich industry to control the conversations that smother us from mass corporate media sources.
Carbon monoxide is infamous as a suicide poison which works when breathed in a closed garage or car. Shouldn’t it be the last thing anyone wants to be breathing daily? Not enough money exists on earth to accept such a compound being freely emitted into the air from every highway and road!
