One of the things that I have to remind myself every so often is that life is to be serious to be taken that way. Laughter has been shown to have health benefits.
Where do you find humor in your daily life?

I dont know if its vital, but it is very theraputic. I am told that i tend to bring humor to conversation, but im not a paticularilly jolly or positive character. My homor tends to be very ironic and satirical, i wonder if this has the same benefit as the pore positive lighthearted humor.

I find ‘humor’ in almost all I encounter, because it works best for me to remember I know far less than what I know.
And to realize I have a choice to initially take anything as positive vs. skeptical or pessimistically.
Humans are driven by the chemical reactions, making up their living processes, and we all have opportunities to ‘train’ our bodies/minds to prosper from “responses” that “feel” as we choose they should.
Keeping in mind, many have; either by default (experience, example, mentor guidance, etc.) or their own choice, to thrive on less positive reactions within their being. Using such emotional justification to their detriment and too often that of others.
