Those are questions you should be asking your local and state members of government. It is the policy makers who can make wind turbines cheaper for the end user through subsidies and tax breaks.

We have the technology that would enable us to not burn anything to create energy. Thats the direction we should be going, but, for reasons beyond us, we are not.
