An underserved and hungry couple billion.

Question: What are they doing right? What are they doing wrong?

Robert Bryce: Well china and India both are grappling with how to meet the demands, they have how reach all we have over billion people all of which are underserved with electricity and with petroleum products and they are trying to figure out how to meet that demand and do what as quickly as possible and they have no good solutions. It is and because the prices are relatively high because demand is so high and they are facing serious constraints on their ability to produce that quantities of energy that they need, further neither a country has large deposits of oil. They both do have fairly large deposits of coal and they are making use of them so in that regard they are pursuing their own self interest and using the lot of the coal to produce electricity because that is their fuel of choice for consumers all over the world and it is compact is tensed, it is easily manipulated can be used for myriad of things so that is where I think if China and India in terms of the energy policy you could say what is the highest priority, it is electricity.
