I also appreciate JezzNC's considerations towards this subject. As Jezz reminded, faith and reason are opposite ends of the scale, so the mid-point or balance could be humility-based, common sense as opposed to either extremity of the end-points.

Yes, also we have to remember that the concreteness of evidence is subjective. That
is especially true as you move in the
balanced area of the continuum.
