100 Days

Nearly 800 people have set themselves the challenge of self improvement by joining the One Hundred Days to Make Me A Better Person campaign. “It asks followers to carry out one self-edifying act, once a day, for one hundred days. The project began at the beginning of December and is the brainchild of comedian Josie Long, who says pledges ‘can be the same thing every day or working towards something big. The only thing is that it has to be towards improving yourself. Make yourself friendlier, stronger, wiser or just sillier!’ Comedians, writers and musicians taking part are documenting their experiences, which will be presented in March at the London Word Festival. Among the participants are Jon Ronson, author of The Men Who Stare at Goats, comedians Isy Suttie and Alex Horne, and Pictish Trail, a folk band writing a new song every day.”
