Will a defunct Postal Service create chaos?
The recent cover of the Economist magazine pictured helicopters airlifting in bullion from Saudi Arabia and The Peoples Republic of China. But more and more efforts are being applied to have delivery systems and logistics outsourced to exclude federal employees, utilizing MOBIS (Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services) whereby large corporations, such as Pitney Bowes, handle the HR, tech and IT for former USPS clients.
