Dr. Susan Schneider is assistant professor in the Department of Philosophy, at the University of Pennsylvania working in the fields of philosophy of mind, metaphysics, and philosophy of cognitive science. In addition to teaching, Schneider is a member of The Center for Neuroscience and Society, the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience (CCN) and the Institute for Research in Cognitive Science (IRCS). She is the author of four books and numerous scholarly publications. Her current projects include a new book rethinking popular contemporary solutions to the mind/body binary.
Schneider is a Big Think Delphi Fellow.
