Dani Rodrik is Rafiq Hariri Professor of International Political Economy. He has published widely in the areas of economic development, international economics,and political economy. His most recent book is One Economics, Many Recipes: Globalization, Institutions, and Economic Growth (2007). His current research focuses on designing growth strategies for developing economies. In 2007 he was awarded the inaugural Albert O. Hirschman Prize of the Social Sciences Research Council. He is also the recipient of an honorary doctorate from the University of Antwerp and of the Leontief Award for Advancing the Frontiers of Economic Thought. His work has been supported byresearch grants from the Carnegie Corporation, Ford Foundation, and Rockefeller Foundation. He teaches courses on economic development and international trade in the MPA/ID program.
