Question: How were you shaped by where you are from?
Chudy Nduaka: Wow, that's a big question. I am from Nigeria originally. I was born and raised in Nigeria. I came to the United States to go to grad school and stayed back after that. Of course, it's definitely a different kind of experience than what my experience is here in the U.S., but it's also, I believe, made me a much better person in that I'm sensitive to what happens in developing countries, you know, to the poverty, to the diseases and problems of access to health care.
