I appreciate the lack of hysteria that this learned woman brings to the topic. I have thought for a while now that we are to obsessed with the natural ways of life and to consumed by the unnatural. There is an old folklore saying that "you have to eat a peck of dirt before you die" …perhaps another way to say this is "what won't kill you, will make you strong" This is a professor that I would have enjoyed in my student days.
