I'd love to hear Senator McCain's explanation on how he plans to pay for policing the world. Maybe we should collect taxes from other nations? "Dear nations of the world, because we have military bases on your land, we will now be collecting taxes from you. After all, our military personnel is spending all their money in your countries while they are based there. Why shouldn't we get some money from you?"
