It's good to see that they are thinking about ways to train workers and looking into other alternatives, but has anyone come up with an idea on how they are going to cut electricity? I for one think that if I have to pay almost $1800 more in electric costs per year, it is not worth it. That means more time away from home at work, less money to pay for everyday necessities. Coal produces over 50% of our country's electricity. Why isn't anyone talking about all the coal miners who will be laid off and lose their jobs while jobs are shipped to other country's by Big Businesses looking to save a dime? Makes no sense, Let's encourage our legislators to vote no on this bill! http://www.dontcapandtradeourjobs.net/?=terraCO
