Why do rich nations give loans to the developing or undeveloped countries that can not pthe intrest? Some Sub-Saharan countries pay six times the amount of money in intrest to the developed world than on healthcare in their own nation. How should richer nations help poorer ones to become more self-sufficent and less dependent on loans which eventually hurt the country the loan is being given to?
