If we can make a bunny glow in the dark, couldn’t we make a baby see in the dark?

If we could see in the dark, then we’d use a lot less energy. And can you imagine how much energy we’d save if our bodies could generate and sustain electric fields? A big lunch would be all it’d take to recharge a laptop.

The genes are there, we only have to incorprorate them into our own genome. Well, perhaps it’s not that easy, but we’ll figure it out.

Yes, it’s outrageous, perhaps ridiculous, and it’s science fiction – (insert own disclaimer here) but shouldn’t someone be thinking about it?
