Daniel Bernard commented on Who are you supporting in the 2008 presidential elections, and why? on January 16, 2008, 7:42 PM
I am supporting Mike Huckabee for president 2008. It seems to me that he is the only candidate (except perhaps McCain) who is running for office to improve the state of things here in the U.S. All the others seem to ambitious and self-centered. Huckabee seems human and genuine. I also agree with his position on taxes, Illegal immigration, and the war.

On the Waterfront is my top film, but my favorite filmmaker is Alfred Hitchcock.

On the Waterfront - There is nothing wrong with this film, and there is a whole lot of good about it. All of the actors are fantastic (Obviously Brando, but the whole cast is great.) The story line is intriguing and the themes are universally relevant. Nothing better.Top ten list: (My favorites; I know these are not the greatest achievements in film history, but they impacted me the most.)1. On the Waterfront2. The Deer Hunter3. Monty Python and the Holy Grail4. The Godfather5. Psycho6. Annie Hall7. Raiders of the Lost Ark8. Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back9. The Princess Bride10. The Fellowship of the Ring

Daniel Bernard commented on Is Stephen Colbert a good person? on January 16, 2008, 9:10 PM
I believe that Stephen Colbert is a good person as far as "Being A Good Person" goes. He donates to charities, and makes people happy for a living. I don't think you can look at him on the show and judge his personality.
