I don't think we value art enough in our own country. American art is overvalued and hyped. It no longer represents a revolutionary, or even creative spirit. Anyone with me on this one?

I wonder how many cooks learn from their parents. I wish my parents were better cooks. I'd like to see some of this guy's recipes.
