I think that someone who shows no sign of reform should not be offered the privilege to live in structured society.

But that means jail not death. It is my opinion that there should be no death penalty! Come on USA Canada has it right!

I personnaly believe that the death penalty should be there, however each seperate case should be dealt with in accordance to the severity of the case.. keep the precedents of law but alter with the outcome individualy to each case appropriately

I agree with Cory on his first comment that there should be no death penalty. I understand wnating to keep someone as dangerous as a repeat sexual offneder should be kept out of normal society to make it safe for us, but giving him/her the death penalty seems a little extreme. These people are psycologically disturbed, and killing them doesn’t change what they did.

there definitely does need to be a death penalty. and an express lane for repeat offenders. to think any society would hold the rights of a criminal above the rights of the victim or society is beyond me. and sense we only use the death penalty at this time for murder cases . then by what right does a murderer have to live when he took that from his victim.Add a Comment
