Should we legalize marijuana?

I actually think that we should. Here is why, people who are on weed would be more "happy" and non drug addicts would be happy too, for medical use. Then we could put a heavy tax on it, then the economy would be a little better than it is right now. Would you agree with me or not? Even though no one has ever died from it. They got killed from other people who wanted it.
