Bryce Buchmann commented on What is your definition of God? 100 words or less. on February 21, 2008, 7:08 PM

we dont know who god is except that he created all of us and sent his son to die for us. its best not to question exactly who or what he is and just know that he is almighty.

Bryce Buchmann commented on What is the Future of the Music Industry? on January 30, 2008, 10:04 PM

I think there is a long transformation in store for the music industry and I cant say how long it will take or how it will happen. But i do think record companies (at least as we know them today) will go away and music will be primarily digital.I think places like myspace where artists can advertise themselves without a record company backing them will play a major role in the transformation. So I think with certain technology musicians can promote themselves. Then theres the issue of money. Don't musicians already make too much? Isnt millions of dollars a year more than enough for a carefree life of songwriting? My theory is that artists can distribute their own music online (for free or for a charge) and then make most of their money from concerts. its not alot but its enough to live on.

The war needs to be bigger. Obama and McCain should duel it out when it comes to the war.

The war needs to be the main focus but unfortunately most candidates are too afraid of those issues right now because of how divided voters are on it. If we deal with the war it will deal with the economy also and that will get two problems out of our way so we can spend time working on other ways to improve the nation.
