I am surprised by how many pessimistic people there are out there. I thought thinking people would be more skeptical of the gloom and doom claims that we hear all the time. The CEO of Viacom is one of the optimistic people, however I was struck by his almost apologetic tone when he said (paraphrasing) "I STILL believe the world is becoming a better place."
