The core message from this remarkable woman is for those with access to education to avail themselves of it. What an insult to someone like her that most of the western world that now has the means to feast on the critical writings of the great thinkers from all of history, and yet choose to either filter them through the diminishing prism of religious context or ignore them for their latest gosssip magazine fix.
This woman suffered and worked hard to free her mind… and we fritter away opportunity like dozing sheep.
One of my favourite songs has a priest arriving in heaven and seeing God..

"There he was on a big water bed, drinking a cola of a mystery brand, reading an airport novelette, listening to Andrew Lloyd Webbers requiem.
He said before it had really begun, I prefer the one about my son,
I've been wading through all of this unbelievable junk and, wonder if I should have given the world to the monkeys'
