Since the current situation offers no reasonable solution, is it possible that a force consisting of volunteers from both sides to arm and defend South Ossetia is necessary and/or the most logical conclusion to help provide stability in the region?
Look at the situation carefully. We know this was deliberated by Georgia, and Russia is now retaliating. However unjust this is, the president of Georgia now wants international support to end the conflict. My only quib is that it should NOT be the responsibility of the US or other democratic nation other than themselves. I believe that action will cause unrest between Russia and North America and could, in result, initiate battle between us and them as well.
