The fact that anyone would assume they know enough about the example presented to provide an accurate answer is more than questionable. We don't even know by what "standards" or limitations the action was determined as a wrong. It seems more of a "solve this puzzle" than asking a significant question (yet all too general) such as, "What is right"? As a hypothetical, it is impossible to determine. As a factual account, more information (knowledge) is required, and even with this it could remain elusive.
