I agree that a McCain/Obama ticket is rather attractive. Both men share a transparent straight talking approach coupled with a touch of independence and decency. Even if I don't agree with one or the other on any given policy both men at the very least have my respect which is something the Executive Branch has lacked. However I do wonder how productive such a team could be in meeting the needs of our nation and actually getting something done. Would they stay stagnant in a constant state of debate or would they forge forward? I think both would offer different yet fresh perspectives, and of course thier would be conflict, but for once it would be a balanced and assertive effort put forth that could most certaintly withstand the gauntlet of congress. Just to further the discussion what about an Obama/McCain ticket?
