I would say it as a destruction of organized religion. I have no problem with anyone's personal religion. If it helps make you a better person, good for you. I do however, have a problem with organized religion.
It's a corrupting influence on many societies around the world, including our own. There will always be groups that interpret things differently from others, but many times these religious groups use their interpretations as a catalyst and/or justification for immoral acts on opposing groups or non-believers. Or, in the case of the U.S., to push their agenda and beliefs into laws (or by spreading false or misleading information that they wish to appear legitimate) that affect everyone and their choices (Voting). (Global Warming for instance)
I wouldn't have a problem with it at all if they could accept that their beliefs are not shared by everyone and be ok with that. But through most of civilized history, that has not been the case.
