The change campaign began with Obama. Once he won the Iowa primary with the message of change then all the other candidates starting jumping on the bandwagon. Even the starch conservative Republicans said the word change although, they do not intend to change anything and applaud President Bush. The health care system must change, the present state of the "war on terror", the way people of color and poor whites are treated by the government...the list for what needs to be changed about this country could extend a mile long. But, the way we can help change the country is for each person to actively engage in the political arena and vote. The changes we can make extend beyond just our votes. In order for America to change the people have to be wiling to change. So, change begins within each and every American. It doesn't matter who is President if this does not happen. (Although, I am rooting for Obama, Americans have to be willing to help the President).
