A strong code of ethics once was shared by journalists - both print and broadcast.  For example, Edward R. Murrow all the way to Helen Thomas -- including Bill Moyers. of course. Now, however, the industry is filled with people who call themselves reporters, but only tell the parts of stories that fit into a preconceived  structure or conclusion.  It is difficult to know what is the real story and what is simply opinion or spin.  After a 30 year career as a professional brodcast journalist, I now choose to do something else with my life.
