We will be better served to teach students how to use natural-self-testing in their learning process, as so many "testing" approaches are not geared towards the individual.

Building one's character is an individual achievement, so it is very difficult for generalized testing to benefit.

This isn't as foreign as it may sound. We all test our selves, throughout life, so the natural inclination can be expanded upon. In fact, self-testing towards improving one's knowledge and experience is when we learn the most, and better identify and accept needs for improvement, than the "competitive" nature of generalized testing.

With a clearer understanding of what is missing or disconnected in the educational process, we can provide guidance to individuals which will connect to their desire to learn and grow. This is what the Connect-to-Value aka The Completion Process © is all about.
