Andrew Cohen's definition of meditation is not only confusing and misleading, it is too cerebral and not very spiritual.

Meditation is communion with God. One can be sitting on the toilet or in a busy meeting or flying in plane... the location is immaterial. God is everywhere and listens to the truth in anyone's heart. One doesn't need any " med'n classes" or be in a stupid lotus position in order to communicate with God. Primarily one has believe in God or have some personal knowledge of God. It is very simple.... let one's heart speak, privately, and truthfully, by being aware of one's thoughts and feelings, and expressing them to "the ether", the Holy Spirit, or one's definition of the channel of God.
