One wonders how much any candidate who so blithely accepts the way things are in the electoral process (imbalanced and unfair) has the capability to affect meaningful change, as Romney is so eager to promise.

What a load of Bologna. Romney is simply pandering to the voters.
The idea that any State or a couple of States should have an influence on the voters of an entire country is inane but it brings in cash by the boatload.
