I find that I have become addicted to checking my email. It is now in my calendar exactly when I can check email instead of every 5 minutes. I still find it hard not to "pop over" and see if anyone has written. I think this will only get worse as we become more technologically dependent on our devices.

I have had to turn off some of my social networking sites because they didn't take off and others did. It is impossible to keep them all up to date. If you are an early adopter you take a chance on it not making the grade and you need to get onto another platform to catch up with everyone else.
